Another basketball kicks from World Balance that features their Trampolite foam cushion is the World Balance Putback. The shoe have a hightop build which if you grew up in the 80s and 90s would make you feel in your prime years again. While the shoe looks bulky, it doesn't feel too heavy thanks to a combination of nylon mesh and synthetic leather material. The leather isn't too thick but enough to provide durability and structure. They added some fuse material which World Balance calls Hotmelt on high-wear areas. In the lacing area you will find an extra eyelet on the mid area to hug the foot more especially when you tighten up your laces properly. For brandings, a large World Balance logo can be seen on the lateral side, on the tongue, heel clip as well as underneath. Speaking of heel clip, a lot of you will feel familiar since the midsole/outsole construction is similar to past WB models like the Cager, Versatile, and Ace Scorer to name some. So this means that the tooling is almost identical like the use of Trampolite foam cushion for the midsole, Terra Soft Insole System, and solid rubber with herringbone traction pattern. This reduces the costing of the shoe which I think is a great especially if you are looking for affordable kicks that would last for quite some time.
