This Nike PG 2 is just in time for March Madness

This colorway of PG 2 looks very simple but it does remind me of kicks back in the day. Let's start with the build. Sure, the silhouette does look slim however the materials used looks very 90's. Use of mesh on the upper, some synthetic leather, it has a pretty straight forward look into it and while I am not very fond of white colorway, let's say I would buy this particular colorway, I wouldn't hesitate to wear them and beat them down like it was my shoe in the 90s. The white and black color blocking used here is simple yet it reminds me of how most of my kicks was when I was in school. Today, this colorway is in sync with the NBA All-Star game that just ended where Team Lebron and Team Steph donned white and black colored jerseys. The colored outsole represents the color themes of the Lakers and Clippers that hosted this year's festivities. But removing all the story-telling on the colorway, one can't deny that this is a very functional shoe and I wouldn't be surprised that many would cop a pair of the Nike PG 2 just like the PG 1 because of its price point and it would easily cater to different player types. This particular colorways is scheduled to drop this March so you might want to start checking out your favorite shoe store around that time if you plan on getting a pair.
