Here is another lifestyle kicks from adidas that I think, together with the Iniki model is a great mash-up between the classic and the modern era. The adidas Retrophy E5 carries that classic silhouette look which is still a hit nowadays. You will never go wrong with that retro runner look especially if you know how to rock them with a good pair of pants that would make it stand out. Even the materials used which is a combination of nylon and some thin leather overlays is a nod to the good old days where this was the primary material makeover. This colorway that I took at the adidas store adds another style points because of the combination of teal and yellow-orange accents. For the cushioning, it has been amped up with the use of Boost. It feels comfy underfoot from a try-on. Speaking of try-on another cool touch that I observed was underneath the outsole, you can see the sizing of the shoe which you don't normally see in a shoe. And that outsole, man, you will never go wrong with a gum outsole. It has some chevron-like pattern arranged in various positions and spaced out in a way that it will cover the whole foot underneath. Overall, I think this might be another good option if you love the adidas Iniki but wasn't able to stock up more pairs.
