Bloggys Awards 2015

What can I say? I'm really speechless with regards to this post, so let me just type away my feelings. First of all, I really wanted to thank everyone for your continued support to Analykix. A few years back, I just wanted to give information -- since there are a lot of Pinoy ballers out there -- and I wanted to help them in making their next purchase with regards to basketball shoes. By giving good and honest reviews based on playing in a shoe for a good number of hours, hopefully this would help them a lot since most of these ballers spend their hard-earned money; and let's face it, shoes nowadays are quite expensive especially the famous brands. I'm not knocking down any brand. In fact, I am helping these brands promote awareness and maybe encourage people to step out of their comfort zone and try other brands as well that may suit their needs.

A few months ago, I was nominated in the Bloggy's 2015 Awards under the Sports and Recreation category. While being nominated was already enough for me, I was able to win the "People's Choice" Award, as announced at the Bloggys Gala Night,  held last Saturday at the SMX Convention Center in SM Aura. It was an honor sharing the stage with known bloggers in the Philippines. Although I have a long way to go in terms of reaching their status, it somehow gives me the fuel to continue giving quality content to my readers. This is a big deal for me since I never intended to be in this place, but maybe this is a good thing after all since being recognized puts me in a position where I can reach more people.

Thank you to my readers, family, friends, teammates for supporting Analykix since day one; to Team AKX: Liee and Mark for helping me in terms of giving quality content; to the Lord Almighty who gave me this opportunity to share the knowledge that I have; and a big shoutout goes to Chris, more popularly known as "Nightwing" (also of WearTesters fame) for the encouragement years ago. Lastly: To that kid with an X amount of money trying to figure out which shoe to buy that would fit his playing style, this one is for you.
