Nike Kobe 10 unveiling

Even though Kobe will be out this season because of an injury, Nike is still on point with Kobe's 10th signature shoe. This had been floating in the net for months now and with Nike unveiling the Kobe X, we can say that this could be another promising shoe.

From the image above, we can see that Nike is about performing to the highest level as possible combining lightweight attribute with comfort. The upper uses a seamless textile upper which would help the player move without any restriction or discomfort and with the shoe having a low-cut profile this would really be beneficial. Another thing worth noting is the cushion. This is a hybrid cushioning combining Lunarlon on the forefoot and Zoom Air in the heel. The Lunarlon cushion was tweaked having a "Nike-free" like construction which would also promote good transition. For the heel, Nike stated that they used a large volume Zoom Air so it is safe to assume that you well get that comfort since it does not sit that low to the ground like a normal Zoom Air would. Even the traction pattern on the outsole is arranged in such a way to complement with the Lunarlon cushion.
