For advanced running or even training, the Anta Flashlite 4.0 has almost all the bells and whistles that you would want in a running shoe or even for some serious workouts. The shoe sports a low top that is made up of light upper material. Engineered mesh offers good breathability for your feet and also giving you a lightweight feel underneath, lessening some foot fatigue. The colors of the shoe is pretty cool in the eyes too which is ideal if you are looking for a shoe that isn't too striking in the eyes. Some thin panels or textures were used to offer some protection for the upper. But you can still see the perforations to promote air flow.
