Converse X Bugs Bunny

What's up guys? Check this latest collab between Converse and Looney Toons, Bugs Bunny. In my opinion, this is the way to do the collab and kudos to Converse for making it too dramatic or excessive in terms of design elements. You can still see the silhouette, in this case, the Chuck 70 and the Converse Pro Leather. However, the design was made in such a way that the shoe still stands out but still made you feel that it is a collaboration. Let's first tackle the Chuck 70, which has a grey fur-like material which is close to Bugs Bunny's color in the cartoons. You can also see his face patched on the lateral side on the heel part of the shoe. On the medial side where the Converse logo is seen, they somewhat modified it by adding the orange hues just like what we are seeing on the TV during the opening credits of the show. Another added touch is the outsole has some 3 dots like a rabbits paw print. Meanwhile the Converse Pro Leather is made from beige suede upper with the fur-like material used on the branding parts (star and chevron). Instead of Bugs Bunny's face, a carrot was used on the patch. The inner lining of shoe is in orange to signify a carrot I guess and on the back part of the ankle area has Bugs Bunny head silhouette.

For those wanting to cop a pair, Sole Academy got you covered. They are available now at Sole Academy BGC and SA Online. The Chuck 70 silhouette retails for Php 3,990 while the Converse Pro Leather retails for Php 5,990.
