Nothing beats the classics. For kicks, they literally paved the way for the new breeds and because of that, most of us put them high up there in our rankings for favorite shoes. With adidas, the Superstars and Stan Smith are on top of my list on that brand and speaking of Stan Smith, this is a somewhat new take on the classic silhouette without changing too much. I really don't know what they call this but unofficially, Imma call this the "Green Strip". Now with the materials, nothing much has changed so it's still leather and even the midsole/tooling is the same so good thing for those who love the original look. What is kind different is the green color on the tongue for the "Stan Smith" branding is not present and the heel are has that dark green strip instead of the heel panel shaded in green. Besides that, there's not much change which I said earlier could be more acceptable by those people who love the classic look of the Stan Smith. The change in design color is very subtle but nice in my opinion. They are available now for Php 4,800 at Sole Academy BGC, UP Town Center, and at their online store. Soon, they will be also be available at their Trinoma, Alabang, and Cebu branches.
