#kixspotted World Balance Court Glider

To those who really know me, you will see me rocking basketball kicks that I use for basketball... I mean in games. Yeah, sometimes I would switch it with lifestyle sneakers but when I was growing up, I usually would have 1 basketball shoe every year which I use in PE classes and also as my go-to shoe when I am outside the house. So wearing basketball kicks off-court or as a lifestyle is really my jam. And seeing this shoe from World Balance, I think I'll be copping a pair to add to my rotation.

The World Balance Court Glider has that midtop build which is made up of a combination of mesh, KPU as well as a synthetic leather panel on the heel area. The KPU is soft and act as a shell for the upper providing durability. There's an elastic band across the top of the midfoot to help give you a snug fit.

For cushioning, it has the same tooling and setup as the Court Legend (performance review dropping soon) which consist of a TerraSoft Insole System, full-length EVA and WB's Bubble Tech. The outsole is solid rubber and has that multi-directional pattern which I can't describe. The rubber is thick and ideal for both indoor and outdoor courts.

The shoe retails for Php 2,699 amd comes in 3 colorways. I am not sure what colorway I'll get. The white colorway with light blue hits looks really good, but since I am gonna use them for balling as well, chances are that white upper will really pick up a lot of dirt (or might yellow in time). But if you want to use them for casual use only then that white colorway really looks clean even that black/red one. But anyway, it's for you to decide. They are available now at various World Balance stores as well as select retail partners.

  1. Saw this also as early as first week of August. Design perhaps inspired by Peak TP line. I like the white one.
