#kixspotted adidas AlphaBoost Parley

adidas and Parley collaborated once again to help save the environment by using recycled plastics. The AlphaBoost which is a derivative of the AlphaBounce line has a similar look as the AlphaBounce in terms of the silhouette. The main difference is the use Boost foam as its cushion source. For the collaboration with Parley, they used recycled plastics and turn them into threads for the manufacture of the upper. However, I do not know the exact ratio of the usage of recycled materials. The upper still feels soft and do not have a plastic feel to it. It just feels like your usual textile upper. You can see the various adidas and Parley brandings on the tongue and on the insole. The Boost foam looks thick and chunky, but take note that it's just the tooling. Your feet sits just above the footbed of the shoe which has the height of the Boost foam in the forefoot area. Underneath is a Continental rubber outsole which is ideal for casual use and for training. These are available now at the adidas store in Trinoma for Php 6,500.
