Continuing the new wave of basketball kicks from adidas is the Marquee Boost. This one is the lowtop version (there is also a mid) which to me looks like the Crazylight Boost build for outdoors. For whatever reason, it just looks sturdy to me to survive regular outdoor hooping sessions. Knit upper with neoprene material and some fuse overlays keeps everything light, breathable and comfortable. Full-length Boost was used with a cage in the forefoot area laterally but is free on the medial side which I think is the best formula for the Boost foam in terms of setup. The Boost foam isn't thin or minimal, but just enough to give you great energy return without being too high off the ground. There is a TPU plate underneath which is visible due to the translucent rubber outsole which features herringbone. This is available now for Php 7,000 at Sports Central in SM North Edsa.
