Aside from the NASA collaboration, Vans had a cute and light collaboration with Mickey. I think the collaboration consists of different silhouettes and apparel with 5 of them are available now at the Vans store in Trinoma which spans from mens to womens even for kids (of course). Celebrating Mickey Mouse's 90th year anniversary, every silhouette has a different kind of design execution which if you are a fan of Vans, would like to cop them for collection purposes. For example, the Sk8-Hi feature an indigo shade with wizard mickey theme consisting of stars and moon stitching. The Vans Authentic carry Mickey's color palette of black, red, and yellow with some Mickey Mouse images inside the shoe's lining. There are Old Skool has a more playful color scheme with design on the side panels of the shoe and some have a more conservative approach with just a black and red color scheme but have a mouse stitching on the heel area and tongue patch and another one in white with the Mickey glove design on the heel and the his head shape/shadow on the tongue. Overall, these look great for both collection purposes or you want to rock them anywhere and show your appreciation to one of the most iconic character in Walt Disney.
