Here are in-store images of the Jordan Why Not 0.1 Low. Honestly, I didn't know why they called it Low since the collar height is pretty much the same as the regular version. The removal of the strap isn't too much of deal breaker since the fit is really snug and the heel area locks your heel amd ankle area pretty good. Because of this, I am pretty sure that performace is pretty much the same because there are no drastic changes in the tech or tooling. The good thing is whether you prefer a strap or strapless version of the Why Not 0.1, there is an option for the consumers without sacrificing any performance benefits. The shoe retails for Php 5995 and is available now at Titan Vertis North.
