First Look at Nike KD 11

We now have a first look at Kevin Durant's 11 signature shoe. The overall look of the shoe takes on a different route when you compare it to the KD 9 and KD 10. Actually, i find it nice because you while it is important to show that your product is progressing from its previous model, you can still do it even you change the overall look of the shoe. Not to mention, it also gives a fresh look for your followers as well. As for the tech specs that we know, Flyknit upper can be seen with some fuse and synthetic panels as well but the overall build is still conservative. The knit looks structured and looks like it gives additional structure (similar to the Battleknit used in the Lebron Soldier 12). Cushioning is made up of React foam with full-length cushion and it looks like they are starting to utilize the React foam more better compared to when it was launched in the Hyperdunk. The React foam used in their current running line feels very comfy just from a try-on and if they were able to make it bit less mushy then it would be great foam carrier to house the full-length Zoom Air. Lastly, a circular pattern in the outsole was used and in this particular colorway, we can see a translucent rubber and I wouldn't be surprised if they use solid rubber in other colorways. Will we see KD 11 this playoffs? Only time will tell but it looks like Nike keeps on hitting us with great performance models and I hope they continue to do that since they are arguably on top of the totem pole and brands will try to beat the top dog with the latest tech/innovation which is very beneficial to the consumers.
