Nike Basketball officially unveils the Kyrie 3

After getting jabs and curiosity from the net couple of weeks ago, Nike Basketball officially unveils the Kyrie-3. The shoe still looks lightweight with mesh upper with some overlays as it makes its way on the ankle and heel area. Flywire lacing system can be seen on the forefoot area and we know it is essential for players who are nimble and quick on their feet like Kyrie. Having great handles doesn't only rely on having the ball attached to your hands on a string, but having great footwork plays an integral part especially if you like dishing those devastating ankle-breaking crossovers like Kyrie. The shoe's floor grip is also important and you can see underneath that the forefoot area has a 2 zones that has a different pod-like traction pattern. This would likely help you in doing quick maneuvers on the court. For cushioning, it will be the same as the Kyrie 2 which is Zoom Air in the heel. This could be a bummer for those who would love to have some kind of responsive cushioning in the forefoot like a Zoom Air would give. However, this would really benefit for players who like to a very low-to-ground ride. There are story-telling elements on the shoe as well such as the "JBY" or "Just Be You" mantra that Kyrie lives. The H+H on the tongue stands for Humble and Hungry, never being satisfied but humble in success. You can see his daughter's name Azurie and Elizabeth, her mother's name underneath on the Zoom window. The shoe officially drops on December 26, 2016 for $120.
