Another D Rose model which features Bounce

While I was checking out shoe stores (yeah, that's how you get the kixspotted articles), I saw this all-red shoe and at first I thought it was a Lillard shoe because it is beside the Lillard 2. But after glancing again, I realized it was a different shoe so I take a quick look at it. For whatever reason, there is no tag on the shoe. I asked their sales personnel what it was and he gave me that strange look and asked his other co-workers. After a few minutes he came back and told me it was the latest model from the 773 series. Honestly, I can't make up my mind if I will believe in what he said but the sure thing here is that this is from the DRose line as evidenced by the Rose branding on the tongue so we will stick with that for now.

Now, let's go back to the shoe's features. The shoe is made up of mesh upper with some overlays in the toe, midfoot, and ankle area. It is a mid-cut shoe and it looks this could do well in court. You can see the 3 stripes branding in the toe box area which is similar to the upcoming D Rose 7. The shoe features a Bounce cushion so at least you will be sure to get some good cushioning here. Finally, solid rubber outsole with herringbone traction pattern although the pattern are so close together that dust buildup might be an issue. This is the only colorway that I saw there and if you are interested, you can get this at Toby's Sports in Trinoma for Php 4,995 which is not bad in my opinion.

  1. It's the Drose 773 V bro. Saw it on their online store last week and it retails for 5495, there must be something wrong with their pricing at toby's. http://shop.adidas.com.ph/men/shoes/basketball.html

  3. Thanks for the heads up. :D Maybe it's just the branch. Php 5495 is still okay in my opinion (nothing higher than that).
