If you can't afford Tony Parker's latest signature model, you can always opt for the lower version which is the TP Lite. The shoe offers a pretty basic setup with regards to materials, cushion, and outsole. The shoe features a synthetic leather upper with some mesh panels on the medial and lateral aspect and a breathable tongue for comfort. It has some Tony Parker logo/branding on the heel area, Tony Parker's #9 on the medial aspect, and the standard Peak logo on the lateral and tongue. Standard EVA foam takes care of the cushioning which is okay to give you enough impact protection.
