The Playoffs will be coming soon and the Cavs are in a good position in the Eastern Conference. With King James leading the Cavs for another title shot, Nike Basketball will be giving Lebron his latest shoe this year under the Nike Basketball Elite series. The shoe is a bit different with some changes in tech. First, the upper is changed and utilizes a Kurim upper which a pliable material (this was also used in the Kobe IX PRM EXT version) but is light and durable. Flywire lacing system is back to give you lockdown in the midfoot. They also added a carbon fiber plate placed on the sides (that runs underneath as well) for better containment, restricting your foot to over-extend during quick stops. Finally, additional hex-zoom units were placed to give more optimum cushioning. Three colorways are about to drop: red (April 14) white (May 5) and black (May 26).
