It uses their Speedform technology to give you a smooth ride while running. A thin plastic heel counter was used also to give enough support without being too bulky held together by a foam collar for a comfortable fit. Lastly, Under Armour's Charged cushion is placed in the midsole which is responsive and supportive at the same time.
